A few people have asked about the text input, ability to add custom ringtones, and the video viewing functionality of the Shadow. This short video shows these features.

Is there any way to completely disable all predictive text settings? I was messing around with one of these in a store the other day and I couldn’t get it to my liking. I want to press the key with T and Y on it, and if I want a T I press once, if I want a Y I press twice. No suggestions, no completing my words, none of that. Is this possible?

I ordered the copper T-mobile Shadow on November 18 and I was suppose to get it on Dec. 1. However, it seems to be on backorder and the t-mobile customer service claims that they do not know when it is going to ship out. Does anyone know anything about this?

thanx lol i was thinking i would probably go with the gravity anyway lol. now all i gotta figure out is what color to get…

  11. well its really your choice. considering im 14 and ill basically be using it for texting calling and sending pics i’d go with the gravity. if your a little older most likely and want a phone to check your email write in agendas etc. then i would get that phone. but if you know your not gonna use that type of stuff and mostly text and do everyday things on your phone then i would go with gravity.

    NEED SOME ADVICE…
i cant rlly decide if i want this 1 or the samsung gravity. i knw a lot of ppl would say go wit the shadow becuz of how it looks n everything, and that the gravity looks really cheap, but heres the thing. i like different things about both and i’m torn lol. i like the keyboard of the gravity, but i’m not sure if it has changable faceplates, which i wnt. Then, i like how the shadow looks and the fact that i could customize it with faces(or covers), but no qwerty. any help??
